• Build patient relationships and support the Total Patient Experience
• determine patient needs and assist with frame selection
• operate auto and manual lensometers
• recommend lenses, coatings, and frames
• collect optical measurements
• dispense glasses and contact lens orders
• repair and adjust frames.
