Bertrandt US is seeking a foreman to manage day-to-day operations in a vehicle integration and troubleshooting workshop. The foreman coordinates prototype vehicle builds and system updates, guides technicians, and serves as a point of contact among customers, engineering teams, and workshop staff. The role supports efficient workshop execution, quality technical output, and alignment with customer expectations.

What you'll do

• Plan, prioritize, and assign technician tasks
• monitor vehicle build-ups, retrofits, and system updates
• oversee ADAS prototype and pre-series vehicle commissioning
• coordinate installation and updates of ADAS components
• guide troubleshooting and perform complex troubleshooting when needed
• document issues and fixes
• communicate with customers and stakeholders
• manage workshop tools and equipment
• maintain safe, organized work areas
• support process compliance and issue tracking.
