What you'll do

• Triage and resolve help desk tickets
• support Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and collaboration tools
• provision and deprovision accounts, access, and equipment
• administer Microsoft Intune for Windows and Apple devices
• maintain IT asset inventory
• support onboarding and offboarding
• provide basic Linux workstation troubleshooting
• make occasional DNS updates under IT Manager direction
• document procedures and common resolutions
• help enforce IT policies and escalate complex issues.
