The Warehouse Clerk is an onsite role in Elwood, IL. Pay is $19.50 per hour for the first shift or $20.25 per hour for the second shift. The first shift runs Tuesday–Saturday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m.; the second runs Tuesday–Saturday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m. The role supports outbound shipping operations. The clerk maintains accurate shipping records and paperwork, coordinates with carriers and site personnel, and assists with material handling. Accurate shipment processing and communication help ensure drivers leave with the correct documents and warehouse operations meet requirements.

What you'll do

• Communicate with outbound carriers and site personnel
• receive drivers and direct outbound shipments
• open and close shipments in the warehouse management system
• prepare bills of lading and verify shipping documents
• maintain shipping data, records, seal logs, and load boards
• assist with receiving, put-away, picking, packing, or loading
• monitor trailer capacity and help resolve discrepancies.
