What you'll do

• Process member transactions
• identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• coach tellers and support scheduling and workflow
• supervise safes, vault, cash drawers, recyclers, negotiable instruments, and ATM cash
• perform branch audits
• maintain compliance with Regulation CC, BSA/AML, OFAC, and USA PATRIOT Act requirements
• identify and escalate suspicious activity and potential fraud
• maintain audit-ready documentation
• use approved AI tools with human review of every output.
