Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist (Care Coordinator)

What you'll do

• Provide customer service in person and by phone
• manage lobby flow, address concerns, schedule appointments, and assist during basic medical emergencies
• handle medication pickups and service inquiries
• enter data and manage billing and accounts
• assist with retail sales, pet weighing, faxes, and records
• and reconcile the cash drawer and complete end-of-day duties.
