What you'll do

• Establish customer relationships, explain the construction process, understand requested upgrades or changes, analyze labor, materials, and time, create sketches and initial scopes of work, prepare estimates, identify constraints or needed upgrades, coordinate bid pricing with project managers, document finalized scopes, and communicate estimates to project managers.
