Banquet Supervisor

The Banquet Supervisor role is onsite in South Jordan, UT, with pay of $18 per hour. The position supports HHM Hotels’ banquet and catering operations and guest service standards. This supervisor helps lead dining and event service operations, supporting staff performance and consistent guest experiences across meetings, conferences, breaks, and dining service.

What you'll do

• Assist with associate training, scheduling, and coaching
• support daily banquet and catering operations
• monitor guest service and address issues
• uphold service, food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards
• coordinate with the banquet chef
• manage cash handling, beverage inventory, paperwork, and operational communications
• help maintain clean and organized front- and back-of-house areas.
