What you'll do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, plate presentations, and specifications
• complete assigned prep work
• set up the workstation according to the station diagram
• practice sanitary and safe food handling
• clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after shifts
• complete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projects
• work in and cross-train across kitchen department roles.
