Housing Resident Support

The Housing Resident Support role is onsite in Tooele, UT, and starting pay is $16 per hour. Part-time and full-time positions are available. Friends of Switchpoint is a nonprofit serving people experiencing poverty and homelessness, with a mission to support self-sufficiency. The role provides basic support to residents at Harris Village apartments and helps maintain a safe, secure environment. It combines resident assistance, incident documentation, building checks, visitor logging, and monitoring of cameras and access systems, while coordinating with case managers and property management.

What you'll do

• Listen to residents and assist with the Good Works Program and onsite activities
• document apartment-rule violations, behavior changes, and safety incidents
• complete interior and exterior perimeter checks
• lock and unlock doors
• monitor cameras and log activity
• record approved visitors
• involve non-emergency dispatch or 911 when necessary
• maintain the assigned work area.
