This hands-on role builds and embeds practical learning and development programs to strengthen employee performance, early-career development, leadership capability, and career progression. It partners with managers and workforce teams to support talent development and improve programs in response to business needs and feedback.

What you'll do

• Develop and embed a performance management framework and annual cycle
• establish objective setting, reviews, and development planning
• design graduate and early-career programs
• develop leadership programs and career pathways
• support coaching, talent reviews, succession planning, mentoring, and internal mobility
• establish learning and development measures and reporting
• manage external development providers as needed
• continuously improve programs.
