Spray Technician — Quality Control Support

The Spray Technician — Quality Control Support role is onsite in McKinney, TX, with compensation of $23 per hour. The technician supports laboratory, quality control, research and development, and production teams at a manufacturing plant. The role prepares and sprays incoming material samples, records parameters and results, and maintains spray equipment so teams have accurate, consistent, traceable information for quality control and research activities. It also involves material handling and following safety procedures, including respirator and other required PPE use.

What you'll do

• Spray incoming material samples in a designated booth according to specifications and procedures
• record sample information, parameters, and results
• set up, operate, calibrate, and clean spray equipment
• report equipment issues
• handle and move materials using appropriate equipment
• communicate results and concerns
• follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
• maintain an organized work area and protect confidential records.

Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. Requires regular lifting and carrying of 50+ pounds, moving 55-gallon drums with material-handling equipment, and wearing required PPE including a respirator. Temp-to-hire position recruited by NCW on behalf of a client.
