What you'll do

• Manage ISAP participant cases from entry to release under program policies and the DHS contract
• maintain accurate, complete, confidential case records
• conduct home visits to verify participant residences
• and perform other assigned duties. The role requires a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for home visits.
