What you'll do

• Partner with the COO to track priorities, commitments, and follow-up
• advance strategic initiatives
• coordinate cross-functional leaders and Development priorities
• support management activities and performance appraisal timelines
• prepare leadership agendas, summaries, presentations, and briefing materials
• improve operational tracking and processes
• and provide administrative and logistical support.
