What you'll do

• Build relationships with U.S. government offices, regulators, industry associations, and community organizations
• track policy issues and prepare briefings with leadership and Legal
• lead responses to negative coverage, complaints, safety incidents, and other reputational risks
• monitor English- and Chinese-language social and digital channels
• draft bilingual statements, press materials, media Q&As, executive talking points, and stakeholder updates
• manage media relationships and prepare spokespeople
• coordinate incident communications across Legal, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, and leadership
• establish monitoring alerts, escalation procedures, crisis playbooks, and response guidelines
• assess communications effectiveness and brief leadership on emerging risks.
