This role exists to provide comprehensive legal support in real estate law. The attorney will assist in preparing and reviewing real estate documents, conducting legal research, and coordinating closings to ensure all legal requirements are met.

What you'll do

• Assist in the preparation and review of real estate documents, including purchase agreements, lease contracts, deeds, and property management agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive research on legal matters related to real estate transactions and property laws.
• Coordinate and manage closings, ensuring all necessary documents are prepared and signed.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, and other parties involved in transactions, providing them with timely and accurate information.
• Support attorneys in drafting legal opinions, memoranda, and other communications.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to real estate transactions.
• Assist in resolving any legal disputes related to property rights, boundaries, and zoning issues.
