What you'll do

• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and development
• coach shift leaders and team members
• support opening, shift transitions, deployment, cleaning, and closing
• maintain food quality, service speed, accuracy, and cleanliness
• support labor and food cost control, waste reduction, and sales growth
• monitor restaurant metrics
• assist with ordering, inventory, cash handling, scheduling, records, and food safety compliance.
