Inside Sales Representative

This position helps keep customer relationships, quotes, orders, and communications moving while supporting Outside Sales Representatives. It contributes to sales growth by identifying opportunities, coordinating accurate orders through delivery, and resolving customer questions.

What you'll do

• Promote HDPE pipe products and related services
• prepare and follow up on quotes
• support Outside Sales Representatives with accounts, pricing, and order information
• maintain customer relationships and identify sales opportunities
• conduct outbound prospecting and upsell products and services
• coordinate with vendors on pricing, availability, and lead times
• process orders and purchase orders
• coordinate customer accounts, shipping, freight, deliveries, and invoicing
• prepare rental paperwork and technical documentation
• assist with simple fabrication drawings
• process requested MTRs and COCs
• resolve customer and shipment issues
• maintain accurate customer and sales records.
