What you'll do

• Manage contract manufacturing partner relationships and roadmaps, including quarterly business reviews
• lead sourcing, audits, sample builds, and production qualification for new partners
• negotiate agreements covering pricing, capacity, schedules, and business models
• track cost, yield, and delivery performance
• maintain quarterly landed-cost models covering manufacturing, materials, freight, tariffs, and duties
• lead cost-reduction projects and develop tariff and duty mitigation options
• lead and develop a Global Supply Manager and Cost Analyst
• back up the Head of Supply Chain on contract manufacturing topics.
