Security Guard - Full-Time Access Patrol

The Security Guard - Full-Time Access Patrol role is onsite in McLean, VA, Monday through Friday from 5:00 p.m. to midnight. Pay is $21.00 per hour. The role supports security at a commercial real estate location as part of Allied Universal’s security and facility services work. The guard helps safeguard the property through unarmed patrols, access control, visitor support, and accurate reporting. The role contributes to a secure and welcoming site by observing activity, responding to concerns, and communicating with property staff, tenants, visitors, and company leadership.

What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff
• follow site security procedures and emergency response activities
• respond to incidents and access concerns and escalate as directed
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exterior areas, parking, access points, and perimeter
• verify visitor and contractor authorization
• maintain activity, incident, and patrol documentation
• communicate observations and service needs. High school diploma or equivalent required
• at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
