The Cantonese Speaking Behavior Technician role is an onsite position located in Boston, MA, with a pay range of $20 - $29 per year. This role supports the Centria Autism team in their mission to provide specialized care for children with autism. This role exists to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The technician uses evidence-based techniques to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors to help children reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans, work one-on-one with children, provide bilingual support in Cantonese, teach communication and social skills, reduce interfering behaviors, and maintain physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds.
