What you'll do

• Train employees on machining equipment, gauges, safety, SPC, work instructions, and process flow
• maintain production communication and records
• follow up on corrective actions and tool changes
• report absences, accidents, equipment issues, and downtime
• audit cleanliness and organization
• coordinate materials and production readiness
• run and inspect sample parts
• support 5S standards
• fill in for other shifts when another team lead calls in.

Why this role
