What you'll do

• Complete maintenance repairs including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, drywall, and general carpentry
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents
• Respond to resident service requests and maintenance emergencies
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Maintain community grounds and common areas
• Monitor vendor work and quality standards.
