What you'll do

• Manage and grow an established sales territory and customer base
• strengthen flooring retailer relationships and identify growth opportunities
• prospect and open new dealers
• conduct in-person customer visits
• present product collections, launches, and promotions
• train retail sales teams
• recommend merchandising displays
• coordinate inventory needs
• prepare pricing proposals and follow up on sales opportunities
• collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams
• monitor market trends and meet sales objectives
• assemble showroom displays as needed.
