What you'll do

• Manage quarterly and annual REIT testing and distribution requirements
• oversee federal and multi-state REIT and partnership tax returns
• review Schedule K-1s, allocations, and investor reporting
• ensure timely returns, extensions, and estimated payments
• coordinate composite filings and withholding
• manage internal tax team and external tax advisors
• respond to tax notices, audits, and information requests
• partner with accounting, legal, and investment teams.
