What you'll do

• Greet employees, residents, and guests professionally while maintaining security
• answer, transfer, and route incoming calls
• coordinate with the Concierge and other departments about visitors
• sort and distribute facility mail
• direct referral calls to appropriate staff
• perform basic bookkeeping, filing, email, and fax tasks
• may enter admission or patient information as required.
