What you'll do

• Assist with planning and directing quality assurance programs
• help facility department heads evaluate programs and implement changes for regulatory compliance
• provide QA standards and orientation information
• advise on QA issues
• support action plans and follow-up
• assist with investigations of incidents, injuries, sentinel events, abuse, and misappropriation
• maintain tracking logs and monitor trends
• develop corrective action plans and support staff reeducation
• report findings to facility and regional leadership
• visit facilities for QA monitoring
• provide monthly reports
• act as interim Resident Care Coordinator as necessary.
