What you'll do

• Assess residents and plan activity programs
• lead educational, spiritual, physical, social, and intellectual activities
• provide materials and supervision
• plan trips and outside activities
• observe resident responses and report unusual observations to the nurse in charge
• provide one-on-one visits
• coordinate volunteers
• maintain activity calendars and documentation
• attend care-plan and resident-council meetings
• follow safety and infection-control procedures.
