What you'll do

• Welcome and assist customers
• lead the sales floor
• manage opening and closing, cash handling, and POS operations
• achieve sales targets through selling and merchandising
• support store budgets and expenses
• analyze performance and develop action plans
• monitor inventory and deliveries
• train and coach staff
• maintain pricing, signage, displays, and store cleanliness
• enforce company policies and regulatory requirements.
