CNC Operator / Programmer

The CNC Operator / Programmer works onsite in Strongsville, OH. Compensation is $32.15 per hour. This role sets up, operates, and programs CNC equipment to produce parts that meet work-order, print, and quality specifications. It supports efficient work-cell production through machine adjustments, inspection, preventive maintenance, cross-training, and attention to safe, organized operations.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate CNC machines in a work-cell environment
• adjust machine controls to meet quality and print specifications
• move, store, and load materials and tooling
• produce samples for engineering or short-run production as required
• write programs using BobCad or equivalent
• cross-train on CNC, laser, and brake press machines
• monitor machine performance and perform assigned preventive maintenance
• inspect work
• follow 5S lean principles
• use measuring devices and read prints and quality specifications.
