What you'll do

• Use AI tools and web research to collect, clean, and enrich prospect and market data
• implement HubSpot workflows to support data cleanliness and accuracy
• standardize property fields, audit records, and remove duplicates and spam
• work with sales and marketing to identify bottlenecks and propose automation
• assist with recurring reports, dashboards, and basic analyses
• document processes and workflows
• track assigned project tasks
• provide administrative and organizational support.
