What you'll do

• Lead and coach Intake Specialists
• serve as the primary escalation point for complex intake issues
• support onboarding, training, and peer mentoring
• monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust priorities
• ensure accurate prescription processing and claim adjudication
• troubleshoot issues and implement safeguards
• track performance metrics and identify workflow improvements
• collaborate with cross-functional teams
• communicate with patients and providers to clarify prescription details
• maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate documentation.
