What you'll do

• Input and process orders and quote requests
• handle cash
• coordinate deliveries and monitor shipment dates
• answer customer questions and recommend alternatives
• support dealer relationships and sales through customer communication and outbound calls
• handle warranty and return issues
• maintain inventory information and conduct cycle counts
• coordinate warehouse will-calls, deliveries, and third-party shipments
• process credits and approved warranty claims
• maintain customer records and prepare parcel shipments.
