Hardware Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Provide technical guidance to hardware engineers
• oversee schematic entry, layout, board bring-up, and system debug
• translate product direction into executable system designs
• drive vendor roadmaps for key components
• communicate project status and changes
• participate in design reviews
• assist with signal and power integrity analysis
• set priorities across projects
• support high-quality product design and prototype manufacturing capacity
• handle initial customer escalations and supervise resolution
• manage, mentor, and motivate hardware engineers
• implement processes and tools to improve team productivity.
