Project Engineer – Airports

The Project Engineer – Airports role is an onsite position in Spokane, WA, with annual base pay of $80,000–$115,000. The engineer delivers civil airport infrastructure projects from concept through construction, producing technical work, supporting design and construction administration, coordinating project teams, and helping guide junior staff. The position also supports compliance with FAA requirements and progress toward Engineer of Record responsibilities.

What you'll do

• Deliver civil airport infrastructure design for runways, taxiways, aprons, terminal expansions, and site development
• prepare technical documentation, reports, specifications, memorandums, and cost estimates
• support construction administration and the Engineer of Record
• coordinate with project managers, clients, and internal teams
• guide junior engineers and design staff
• ensure compliance with FAA requirements, codes, and permitting standards
• support business development.
