What you'll do

• Plan, organize, develop, and direct nursing services

• provide or designate 24-hour nursing administration availability through on-call access

• conduct quality assurance and compliance rounds

• maintain policies, quality programs, and safety and infection-control standards
• supervise nursing, admissions, and continuing care
• support goals, budgets, and fiscal management.
