The Core Crew member provides front desk, administrative, and sales support to the Head Coach and Community Manager. Through client service, studio operations, and sales follow-up, the role helps promote the studio and deliver a positive client experience.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and build community connections
• respond to client needs and concerns
• maintain knowledge of studio retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts and schedule, cancel, or rebook classes
• communicate studio issues, events, and schedule changes
• assist with daily studio operations and cleanliness
• report complaints or grievances
• address visible maintenance or equipment issues
• follow up with client lists to meet monthly sales quotas
• respond to client emails
• recognize client milestones and prepare celebration boards.
