Program Manager — IAM SailPoint and Mainframe Transformation

The Program Manager — IAM SailPoint and Mainframe Transformation role is hybrid in Austin, TX, with three days working from the office. Pay is $75 per hour. The six-month contract role leads an Identity and Access Management transformation involving SailPoint IdentityIQ and mainframe security (RACF). The role exists to deliver identity lifecycle automation and mainframe role-based access control transformation across connected enterprise systems. It contributes through program governance, coordination of parallel workstreams, controlled implementation and cutover, and testing that supports consistent identity management and access controls.

What you'll do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery across SailPoint and mainframe ecosystems
• manage governance, stakeholder communication, risks, milestones, and dependencies
• oversee Workday-to-SailPoint integration, identity aggregation and lifecycle processes
• drive application onboarding and automated provisioning and deprovisioning
• enhance access workflows, audit logging, and compliance controls
• oversee RACF profile analysis and RBAC model development
• coordinate controlled decoupling, production cutover, testing, workshops, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
