Staff Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Set technical direction and make architecture and infrastructure decisions
• build core systems, reference implementations, and tooling
• evolve and migrate existing systems
• design for failure and recovery
• own data modeling and delivery
• establish cross-cutting engineering standards
• turn recurring incidents into structural fixes
• manage technical debt
• interview and develop senior engineers.
