IT Systems and Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Resolve help desk requests for computers, mobile devices, printers, email, VPN, MFA, and accounts
• support office and field applications
• manage device imaging, deployment, tracking, and replacement
• troubleshoot basic office and jobsite connectivity
• administer Microsoft 365 and business application accounts and permissions
• monitor system health, backups, patches, MFA enrollment, and stale accounts
• coordinate maintenance with the IT Director and vendors
• maintain support documentation and standardized workflows.
