What you'll do

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments of learner skills and challenging behaviors.
• Create individualized, medically necessary ABA treatment plans.
• Provide training and support to BTs, RBTs, and caregivers.
• Serve as RBT Supervisor for all RBTs working with your learners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
