Development Coordinator, Adult Programs

The Development Coordinator, Adult Programs role is onsite in Columbia, SC. Compensation is $35,000–$45,000 per year. The role supports Global Teen Challenge’s fundraising and community engagement efforts, working with the Advancement team and local Center Director. The coordinator cultivates donor relationships, plans fundraising events, and supports sponsorship and engagement campaigns. This work helps grow and sustain the ministry by connecting community members with its programs and mission.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute fundraising events, including open houses, galas, and golf tournaments
• build relationships with current, lapsed, and prospective donors
• lead an event committee and manage event budgets
• represent Teen Challenge at community events, churches, and meetings
• identify donor prospects
• support the Student Sponsorship Program and donor engagement campaigns
• manage donor database, reporting, and administrative tasks.
