The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator role is onsite in Ceres, CA. Compensation is $100,000–$150,000 per year. The administrator leads facility operations and the Quality Assurance Program at Ceres PostAcute Care. The role works with the Medical Director and physicians to support patient needs and corporate quality goals.

What you'll do

• Ensure facility and Quality Assurance Program compliance with applicable laws and regulations and maintain certification
• approve staffing to meet patient needs and regulatory requirements
• promote quality management through staff and patient involvement
• manage personnel matters, performance evaluations, payroll approval, counseling, and discipline
• collaborate with the Medical Director and physicians
• monitor facility safety, sanitation, equipment, and supplies.
