Maintenance and Engineering Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee maintenance of plant equipment and facilities
• develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs
• manage and develop maintenance personnel
• promote safety and regulatory compliance
• coordinate maintenance schedules with production
• improve work-order execution
• support equipment upgrades, installations, commissioning, and facility projects
• manage maintenance resources
• track and report maintenance performance metrics
• provide leadership support for maintenance issues in a continuous manufacturing operation and participate in after-hours escalations as needed.
