What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers, ambulation, exercises, and other care-plan tasks
• take and record vital signs when ordered and competency is demonstrated
• perform laundry and simple procedures as ordered
• promote home safety, recognize emergencies, communicate with clients and families, and document and report patient changes to the nurse supervisor.
