What you'll do

• Develop sourcing strategies for data center electrical and mechanical equipment and construction services
• lead RFIs, RFPs, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations
• assess total cost of ownership and negotiate commercial terms with Legal
• track supplier commitments and delivery risks
• source facilities maintenance, repairs, inspections, contractors, and professional services
• establish category plans and supplier performance measures
• maintain procurement records and report sourcing activity, financial results, risks, and commitments.
