What you'll do

• Guide clients through ring remakes and repairs
• coordinate with production, sales, design, gemology, and CAD teams
• receive rings for resizing or repair and explain next steps
• discuss insurance and ring care at pickup
• assess ring quality
• recommend design updates and alternative diamonds
• manage insurance claims
• escalate production issues affecting designs or gemstones
• confirm changes are completed before shipping.
