The Leasing Consultant – Pacific Village role is onsite in Springfield, OR, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Compensation is $19 per hour, with leasing and renewal commission opportunities. The role supports leasing and resident services at Pacific Village Apartments. The consultant helps maintain occupancy and property revenue by promoting the community, guiding prospective residents through the leasing process, and supporting current residents. The role also contributes to resident experience through courteous communication, event support, and escalation of tenant concerns to the Property Manager.

What you'll do

• Advertise and promote Pacific Village
• manage leads using industry-specific software
• provide tours to prospective and current residents
• complete the leasing process
• ensure renter’s insurance compliance
• support a 95% resident occupancy target
• help collect rent and ancillary revenue on time
• engage professionally with residents and prospects
• escalate tenant-relations issues to the Property Manager
• facilitate resident events
• comply with Fair Housing and landlord-tenant requirements.
