The Behavioral Health Technician, Part-Time Evenings role is onsite in Hays, KS, with a Thursday–Saturday schedule from 2:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. Pay is $17–$21 per hour. The role provides structured care to children and adolescents in treatment. The technician supervises youth to support safety, basic needs, and treatment outcomes. What you'll do

• Supervise patients
• review case histories and implement treatment-plan interventions
• collaborate with the Treatment Team
• provide crisis intervention and behavioral de-escalation using approved methods
• complete timely documentation and reports
• facilitate structured group activities
• teach and reinforce responsible behavior and daily living skills
• maintain safe and structured environments
• assist with meal preparation, laundry, and transportation as directed
• attend meetings, training, and shift turnover meetings.
