Traveling Superintendent, Cold Storage

What you'll do

• Remain onsite during work activities
• coordinate construction workers, contractors, subcontractors, and assistant superintendents
• hold weekly subcontractor meetings and communicate changes, schedules, and back charges with the project manager
• create and follow a three-week schedule
• track quality deficiencies and costs
• lead job-site safety meetings and maintain safety documentation
• prepare daily reports and project records
• support stormwater prevention plan compliance
• complete turnover, as-built documentation, and punch lists.
